First off, prior to generation VI, all dark/ghost-type Pokemon had ZERO weaknesses under default battle conditions (thus no resistance-negating conditions are active). However, if you added Wonder Guard to such a Pokemon (only two exist, AFAIK--Spiritomb and Sableye...not too sure about Darkrai, though), they would become nearly unstoppable, as only super-effective attacks would hit, and as there are NO attacks which are super-effective against a default dark/ghost-type Pokemon, they would be completely untouchable (except maybe to status effects). If you give that Pokemon Heal Bell, then the Pokemon would be COMPLETELY unstoppable. However, even resistance-negating moves (Foresight, anyone) could be taken out of the equation if another move slot were reserved for an accuracy-reducing move. In short, there would be VERY few Pokemon/moves that such a souped-up Pokemon would have to worry about.
Thus, in theory, it is possible to create a truly invincible Pokemon...by hacking said Pokemon into existence. Heh heh.
