I don't trust anything from Mad Catz, I've had several of their memory card 59's for GameCube and everyone single of them have failed or kept on corrupting my data. I'm not sure if all their products are that way but don't ever waste you money on their GC memcards. I'm guessing they use the cheapest PCB's they could find.

      you kinda bias there.
Madcatz mkes good controllers and joysticks for official tournaments.
everybody knows 3rd party memory card are shitty regardless which the consoles is made for.
fyi gamecube memory cards if you did not know you can not have different region saves on same card.

I remember buying a new controller from them. In about a month the left stick started sticking wherever I moved it, yet there was never a thing spilled on it or anything. That irritated me, tossed it in the garbage.

Also bought an adapter that had connections for PS2, Gamecube, Sega Saturn, and I think N64 or Dreamcast. That thing was touchy, the slightest vibration would make it shift so there would be flickering on the screen or loss of input. That also pissed me off, so I eventually tossed that in the garbage too. Haven't bothered with anything of theirs since.

I have a madcatz gamecube memory card and it has worked for 10+ years.
