Perhaps the most powerful cheat device EVER created (and also arguably the most versatile) is TempAR 1.63, created by raing3 more than three years ago. I've used this bad boy to create some cool codes for SNES, GBA, NES, N64, and Sega Genesis games. Of course, I've also used it to hack some codes for PSP games...and homebrew.
The list of emulators that are surprisingly compatible with TempAR is quite large, and includes SNES9XTYL, gPSPkai (GBA emulator), DaedalusX64, Picodrive (Genesis emulator), and NesterJ (NES emulator). I would imagine that any emulator that allows for separate usage of the HOME (PSP) button would allow for the usage of TempAR on that emulator. I've also hacked a few homebrew codes, but mainly for SmashGPSP, arguably the best piece of homebrew ever created (IMO). I just lament that I can't find the complete library of characters/levels--which includes Mew and Mewtwo, two of my favorite Pokemon). Does anyone know where I can find this? It used to be hosted on Devil's Shadow.com, but that site is now shut down.
