  • What shoulda made it to NES Classic series?

Well, that series is dead now, but I can think of a few games I wished had made it if they continued making them. I think Megaman 2, Castelvania 2, and Double dragon.

Especially Double dragon. I love that game in both it's NES and Arcade conversions. They did make an advanced version, but it's still a different feel to it.

What shoulda made it to NES Classic series?

hmmm sad, that series is dead? Sad indeed, I mean I not really looked in on it other then grabbing a few titles myself, but really, I would not expect it to be dead, being that GBA games are still being 'made' and to be honest, I was expecting the whole system to die now that the DS (dick sucking lips) new handheald Nintendo system is out...but ehh GBA seems to still have alot of games still on the way.

Now otherwise, I agree with you both, those games listed SHOULD be made on the GBA, Castlevania 2 and 3 (gahhh I SOOOO want a remake 2D ofcorse of Castlevania 3 and 2 at that as well) that would be a DREAM.

DoubleDragion, the classic NES one would also be nice, as well as alot of other classic NES games.... well I am and would say games that would not make it really being there is not 'real' agreement or contract anylong between the two companis, but there was so many classic NES titles that would be great on GBA, Monster Party, Predator, Jackal, Gyruss, Demon Sword, Wizards & Warriors 1 and 2 MOSTLY but 3 was ehh 'okay' Ninja Gaiden (yeah I know NOW an XBow title exclusive, but I mena the old NES games that were way betetr then anything the XBox has today even) 1 and 2 of those by far the best again #3 okay but kind of lacking, no wonder they never made a #4 type of thing. Also 'classic' Jaleco games, not sure that company is even around anymore, but had ALOT of great older game titles with NES and the SNES even, maybe an Astyanax title for GBAShadowGate was also a cool game for the NES, that type of choose your own story type thing like those old books choose your own adventure type game, I also would love to see Strider remade both classic wise and new age wise on asome system soon other then the crapy PSP.

Well, indeed alot of ideas I would love to see make it to GBA, sad the series is dead, but GBA games are still being made, so we can have some hope, not much, I'd say but some, as is classics is where it is all at these days I believe indeed.

As for MegaMan 2 making it to the classic series, even if the series was still alive, that classic NES series, I'd not see that one making it, as is, that game is and has been already remade a few times, on the MegaMan Collection with all MegaMan games 1 to 8 on the same gae disc, that is for GameCube or for PS2...but not sure that would be remade due to it already being out. Plus GBA is also getting it's own MegaMan Collection, of the 'GameBoy' titles that is, but still a collection for the GBA due out in Feb. Strange it was due out a year and a half ago...but that is life of game companies...but also with that MegaMan collection due out (this time they claim this IS the date so eh hehe) but with that even if classic NES was still going, the MegaMan seems took care of as far as collections come and go, plus in a few days, well in Jan 10th MegaMan X collection also due out---again for GameCube or PS2, but that is again what is needed to hold all of those games. eh well.....

err well MegaMan Collection and MegaMan X Collection is out for XBox as well, but I pay that no mind really, XBox is a fun machine but not really, with no cheat device, a game like Maga Man would piss you off bad, really bad----Mega Man is one of the hardest games ever.

And yeah I do fuss about the DS and PSP alot well because well they suck more or less... the DS I do not own and I will not own, it is a ripp off and no hope of those games ever on a GameCube player so screw them, I do own a PSP and well, even though I own one, it does indeed suck...try watching a movie on it and watch your batteries go out after a mere 28 minutes, soemthing they still have no fixxed and makes you wonder what a big mistake 'sony' is making these days having every NEW DVD release commercial say 'also on PSP', I mean sounds nice and yes the reason I bought myself one, but the darn batteries die so damn fast you cannot even enjoy ONE movie....much less a game. The PSP was set more as a BS then anything else but again looks like it will be just another 'pocket station piece of crap' that will be nothing after everyone wakes up...wish I woke up before I bought the dead mess...anyone want to buy one and a few movies and games for it?

If only I had the cash to buy a PSP, with the new GnG title and the Gradius Collection coming out for it. >_<

Otherwise Classic NES games that would've been nice:
        1) Bionic Commando
        2) Trojan
        3) Kung Fu
        4) Kung Fu Heroes
        5) Bubble Bobble

The greatest space fighter ever made, the Vic Viper.

Those would also be good.... but err well wait a second, no not saying anything at all bad, but I thought that Bionic Camado game 'was' made in the classic NES series? I am pretty sure I saw that game at the store and even reviewed in a game mag awhile back.

Otherwise, that same game is on Capcom Classics Collection for the PS2, and again nothing abd but my views is well as long as the classics life, that is good and it did and does live on that collection.

Also and otherwise also, blahhhh I would not worry much about the PSP.... I mean nothing bad again, but in time I am sure you will be able to grab one, in comming time like all mess game wise and pure otherwise entertainment wise (most things) I am sure that thing will get pretty cheap after awhile. Again the whole battery thing does and should be known by all it HURTS it bad. Even the GBA batteries go 4 times as long as that PSP mess, again like I said, you cannot even watch a full movie most times, which is number 1 reason I got the thing to start with. Heck, to be honest I would sale the thing back to GameStop, IF they'd offer MORE then a mere $20.00 now....$20.00 for a system portible or not that cost over 5 times that, now that is indeed a ripp off and again why even when I do make mistakes with systems not really up to it, I mostly just keep ahold of it being the game stores are all ripp offs as far as saling anyway. Sometiems the world and at this point and small time off topic game stores are just plain nuts.

But anyway, not to worry for awhile anyway, as with all systems and games and other game stuff after awhile, that PSP thing will become cheap specialy once everyone sees the battery power mess with it, the only true worry I'd say is the game, and I'd go grab the game alone if you are able to as soon as you can---the system will stay around, but games can tend to become rare...so would suggest that for some small friendly advice, again if you can.
