Anyone import japanese games/consoles?

I'm looking for good sites. I don't think I've done it since I got a PS2 and FFX International back in 2002. It's pissing me off all anyone seems to know of is Play-Asia and those assholes don't even sell the regular 4GB Xbox 360 without the damn Kinect. amazon.co.jp doesn't export and I have yet to see anyone else list the consoles for prices anywhere near equal to the japanese MSRP. One place I found was offering it at like 70% markup ($140 more than it should be). My intent is to get a japan region Xbox360 and 6 or so games.
