Okay, this is rather bothersome this year and too me persoanly and 'should' be to anyone also personaly if you believe in God and are religious of the Christian faith. Not pushing my religion on anyone here now, but this does bother me, and from seeing the news in my own area even and world wide also, it just is getting out of hand.

Again simple matter I am not pushing Christanity on anyone, but also with that, do I not as a Christian MYSELF desrve the same respect to enjoy the 'Chrismas' Holy season as I see fit and as my church see fits? Again not pushing my faith on anyone, but why must the world push it's non-Christian faith on me and other Christians?

Again not sure any of you all have seen the news, but here it is, 'some people' not all, just some 'idiots' are getting all pissed off and turning a season in which we all are entitled to worship and enjoy as we see fit and 'asking us NOT to'.

On the news in my state I see, churchs and town 'Christmas' decorations not being 'welcomed' because the town has put up a Manger scene with the Baby Jesus, you cannot have a 'cross' as a decoration and be welcomed, you must now call 'Christmas Tress Holiday Trees, and some people are even fussing so bad they want things like a Charlie Brown Christmas took off the air or edited so Linus does not talk about Jesus in that one part.

All on top of that, not blamming ALL the Jewish people but like all people in the world, heck, some of them are freaking morons, one woman has got pissed a a McDonald's for having a sign up saying 'Merry Christmas, Remember Jesus this season'. All down to the mess, now it is getting un welcomed to even say 'Merry Christmas' now, from now on you must be 'correct' and say Happy Holidays. That is so bad those 'Christmas Wishings' they allow the soliders and troops send from over in Iraq, they will not even broadcast it on the TV now if they say 'Merry Christmas', has to be 'Happy Holidays' as not to piss off all the 'non-Christian people'.

Okay now, time to vent and rant and rave, and excuse me, but YES this makes me mad at the complete stupidness of people in the world as well, and indeed sorry again btu should piss us all off, if you are Christian, I believe it will and should.

For one thing, I do not say anything bad about Jewish or other people's faith and religions, go ahead with that Hannika season, but allow US Christians to have our own faith season of Christmas, if an owner/manger of a MCDonald's IS a Christian and lvoes to say Merry Christmas rememebr Jesus as we all should do, what is so wrong with that, no one is making a fuss of all the Jewish owned places saying 'Happy Hannika Harry mess' (Hannika Harry from a Saturday Night Live of LONG ago where they were well a 'holiday' show.) I mean come on now, let's wake up, yes stand up for rights but in standing up for your own rights do NOT try to trample other's rights at same time.

Other then that, you know well, the season IS called Christmas for a reason, it is Jesus Christ's Birthday, his name is even in the season title 'Keep Christ In Christmas' you know, so why is so many, but not everyone out saying and fussing about taking Christ out of Christmas. Heck, NO ONE says take me, Amy out of my own birthday.... so why indeed is the world so full of assholes these days I must say?

All in all otherwise, sorry for being upset at this, I know should take it more calm, but indeed it does upset me at how some people in the world can be so low and trample my faith's rights, and yet turn around and demand I respect their's always when in the first place I never said anything bad about their own mess to start with, it just is a mess.

Now other then all that, as the church signs say alot these days and I will even bet one near you says the same thing, 'Keep Christ In Christmas' let us rememebr this day 'this season, Christmas and what it is really meant to be and away from all that commecial mess. I know alot is indeed commercial just the way of the times, but still, let's rememeber what the day is really for and really emant for us people of the world, and of that faith.

I will always wish a Merry Christmas, NO Happy Holidays from me----EVER, my father and sisters and I went to get a Christmas Tree the other week at Lowe's the guy there said, 'we have no Christmas Trees, we have Holiday trees' and well my dad with respect said, well we want a 'Christmas tree' NOT a Holiday Tree. In my yard I have Christmas lights, in the form of a Cross, a Christian Cross so again down with the 'political correct' holiday decorations of deers and mess like that. Again it IS Christmas, CHRIST has his name right there in the title, so again less we not forget soemthing that is and should be un our minds and souls always.

Again it is a mess, and not all too many people are 'upset' at Lowe's I heard sales there pretty much on 'Holiday trees' stoped because people would not buy them when they were refferred to as 'Holiday trees' As my family did, we left and went to Wal-Mart where they call them Christmas Trees. On that MCDonald's sign and even on my own Christmas Christian Cross I have had and made and sued for years now, people still stop and say nice things about it, all in all only one idiot fool says something that makes the whole mess seem bigger then it is. (That was at the McDonald's Sing and that person being an asshole jewish woman, not even true to her own faith at that.) So I for one and others of us who have faith and I trust all of us here will as well, will indeed keep Christ in Christmas.

Otherwise on all that, I KNOW 'Christmas' is 'celebratted' by ALOT more people in the world then have any faith at all, heck ALOT of people out there buy gifts just because everyone else is, all the non-believesrs and such, that is all good to indeed buy and give to others, even in the moral world, but if they do not wake up someday and find God, they will see their mistake when they pass on.

Also again this is not at all a blast of anyone Jewish other then that one 'idiot' asshole woman, but most Jewish people I know, and yes I know a few are nice and okay people, yes they have thier own faith about one God, but the Jewish I know do not go all trample all over Jesus's birthday as one bad apple wanted to do.

Again just saying, if Jewish then enjoy your Holy Holiday of Hannika, if Christian then indeed keep Christ In Christmas, if soem other religion, well again do whatever, just do not trample on others trying to get people to see your views, because all that does is well make you 'assholes'.

Last thing, again so sorry for the fussing and cussing of some bad words in a Christmas topic, but well it does upset me, as again it should 'any' Christian person, which I know and hope is indeed alot of us.

I noticed the new Charlie Brown christmas specials don't have mention of Jesus in it. It's kinda dumb to try and edit out the Jesus talk in the original also. It will make it shorter and that is the origin story for what Christmas was about. Maybe they will redub it and make him talk about Saint nick instead. I bet if they did that alot of people would complain and then they would have to put the original part back in.

I have been lucky not to ever see A Charlie Brown Christmas without Linus telling Charlie what Christmas is meant to be all about, that one part alone is after all what makes the story so great and wonderful, and Thank God it is on the DVD collection of the 'Christmas' DVD and well 'Holiday' Collection I got a few eyars back, at least on DVD and VHS it is not cut out nor ever should be again...after all, Christ's name is in the name of the 'Holy Holiday' Christmas.

Other then that, heck even if they replace Jesus with Santa, that still would be too much for some idiots out there, someone always would have to be an asshole we always know and see with all things in life that is of faith or enjoyible. Goodness, someone would have a cow about 'Santa' Being Saint Nick, and start a whole other fuss over the whole 'Saint' thing being again too not correct for all the 'non Christans' in the world.

Again do excuse me, it just makes me sick and again sorry but should make us all sick, I feel really, BUT if someone wants all into the Christmas season and buying gifts for their 'ones' will not call them loved ones, I fail to believe you can even love if you have no faith at all, but if those people all want to buy gifts and give them away and mess, then all fine, just call it something else....heck call it my chirldren's belated birthday and a half or something.

Again I know I may sound rather cold to some, but time is time to stop being all nice about the mess and stand up for our rights, our Christian rights and I say and feel, if you are NOT Christian and have no faith in God at all, then do not 'pretend' at this time of the year, yes Jewish people enjoy your Hanika and such but otherwise stop the BS with trying to agrivate us Christinas, as I see on the news you are indeed already doing that ALOT. (Which I will say not even a faithful thing for a Jewish person of faith to do, after all Jewish people DO believe in God and respect him and his wishes and love, well the sane ones do anyway.) As for all the other people, the non-faithful in the world, this is and will sound cold, but do us a favor, sense you are not and will not be there in heaven because of your pure stupidity, do us all a favor now and just go away and shut up about any and all issues in the world, meaning Christmas and any other type of issue in the world, God may be forgiving, but I, Amy am not so much that nice, I am not forgiving and a real bitch to those who are not worth it, after all will again excuse me again in a Christmas topic, but hey, if you are not and will not be in heaven and be just burning in hell, then even in this world in this physical form, you are not even worth the air you are breathing and taking away from the rest fo the faithful who will be going to Heaven.

Well, it really should be "MERRY CHRISTMAS" but these days and times, as I see and saw on the news, but not in my own area, Thank God, (well not so far yet) 'some' people are just being really anal and twisted all about it in turning a 'Holy' Christian season around all into meaning some type of rights and political battle.

I mean no disrespect towards anyone (unless you piss me off hehe :P ) But seriously, yes if you choose that path, you have the right not to have any type of faith or to believe, but please otherwise leave OUR time of the year out of it. (Again should be all our times, but again some people are just frankly stupid in this world sadly.) How do you go about not allowing it to bother you? Simple, just go about your own life like nothing is or will change as your life is anyway, it has happened for years and years and years, why now is all the policitcal fussing about it.

Also the thing again about how unfaithful people want in on the 'holiday' and all the getting and getting yet want to turn their nose up to God, they are ofcorse free to do that, their own soul to mess with, but still, why must they show themselfs to be pure and udder asses and do it 'now', heck do it in the middle of July---- as I said again 'make' your own holiday away from God or anything other then your own, that happens alot here in the USA and the world you know if you'd wake up and open your eyes.

Short and simple again most 'all' Christmas cartoons or specials on TV and of this time of year does indeed have the true meaning behind them, mentioned several times, like I said the Charlie Brown Christmas. (All 4 of them in fact There is A Charlie Brown Christmas, It's Christmas Time Again, Charlie Brown, Charlie Brown's Christmas Tales, and I Want A Dog For Christmas Charlie Brown. 'all' of them have biblical phrases and sayings as indeed should be, after all, if NOT for Jesus Christ, a mere man as the unfaithful believe, and a phophet touched as the Jewish believe, still as is if NOT for him, the true Christ, then this season would not even ever be around anyway.

Above something to think about all the unfaithful as you go about all the getting getting getting this season and such as you call it.

Otherwise, again cartoons and stories have always had and been about a true meaning of Christmas, even something I ordered and got the other week, when it came out, a strange title for Christmas, but still, He-Man's & She-Ra's Christmas Special, a great cartoon as I LOVE She-Ra and she was my thing for a long while waaay back in the day. Anyway we all know the whole He-Man stuff is and was soem type of Sci-Fi and a space story away, far away from earth (He-Man's mom crash landed on that world, if you remember the story from earth) In any case, not to spoil the story, and two earth children was teleported to He-Man's world and a fight was going on over them, because they were 'special souls' of kindness and knew the joys of earth not the evils of He-Man's world. (Strange with all the BS going on here on earth, He-Man's world seems much more tame these days) But in anyway this story was made in 1985---so.

Anyway Skeletor gets ahold of the children and along taking them 'back' (again not to spoil) Skeletor of all people in the He-Man universe is touched by kindness and the Spirit of Christmas and even Jesus Christ to 'love' It is a cartoon so well it does not last ofcorse but for a few moments makes and made a wonderful story if even based off of earth and in a totlat new world. I know He-Man was a cartoon to sale dolls and action figures, but still this touch and telling of Jesus even in He-Man was fitting and just and as I said, ALL Christmas stuff has that, like it should.

Otherwise, Lakota, where did you go to? :? I wonder if they had issues getting and logging in? Just one post that is rather a nice post, they cannot be banned, at least not by me.... just is odd, but hope whomever it was and is shall return sometime soon.

I find this extremely offensive.
You're basically saying that because I don't choose to believe in your god, I'm going to your hell, and I'm currently using up your air. You're saying that if someone doesn't conform to specifically Christian beliefs, they're below you.

You have become a walking hypocrisy. Christianity, as it was meant to be, is a religion based on forgiveness. You, however, are condemning people in the name of your religion because they don't follow said religion.

So, go ahead, damn as many people as you want, but realize that 1) You, and people who have this "Burn in righteous fire" outlook towards any non-Christian, are hypocrits, liars, and frauds. And 2) I can, and will enjoy this Christmas, but not because of a person some book that's been altered a million ways from Sunday over the past thousand years. I will enjoy Christmas because Christmas, to me, means time to put aside differences, and meet with my estranged family. I am, in no way, bound to say a prayer of thankfulness.

yeah people forget what the true meaning of Christmas, I know some people really spend their christmas not remembering. Its cool to have presents but to go over board like some rish people do. I think its about Love and remembering why we have christmas.

I thought about some are unfortunate ones out there. OUr tradition back home is to be church and presents later. Its important to put christ first because its his birthday to remembered. ever since my children were small i told them its about Jesus and they have to be thankful and to remember the ones who arent so fortunate in gifts.

I'm glad i was able to give kids something this year because I didnt have much last year. Well thanks to hiro, he mostly got them something.
