  • What's your favorite retro ROM Hacks?

    http://www.screwattack.com/shows/por...-nes-rom-hacks

I just played MegaMan in the Mushroom Kingdom and I played Super Mario Unlimited. Both were pretty good.

What's your favorite retro ROM hack?

Sonic Classic Heroes, Sonic Mega-Mix, a few more but can't remember the name. Oh yeah check out Sonic Retro, a Russian dude just released a hack of Sonic 1 called "Sonic Winter Adventures".

Mario Adventure is considered by some as the best retro ROM hack of all-time. They even say it's better than the original SMB3. I've yet to play it. But I saw how much work has gone into this hack... truly impressive.

Did Quest Games' "Jedi QuestMaster" steal Nolberto's "Better Controls" code for the NES game "Snake Rattle 'N Roll"? His ROM hack was submitted AFTER Nolberto had hacked the code. http://www.romhacking.net/hacks/1211/

Link to the Nolberto's code: http://gamehacking.org/?game=30881

It was probably just a coincidence, but I just wanted to point it out.

I checked it out and it's very near where I made my code but is different to mine so is difficult to say. My code is only 1 line and his is like 4 or more lines. Thanks posting the info, OSG.
