I believe in the past he has received warnings. As for which rules did he break...There are thousands of ways a person can/should be banned, but obviously they all can't be listed in the rules otherwise the rules page would be a hundred pages. But some of them are spreading malicious lies about members and staff member. Calling the staff members all liars. Being a troll. Causing trouble. Annoying members. Pissing off members. Not minding his own business all the time. I can go on more if want me to. Choose your pick. It's a combination of a whole bunch of reasons. I'm kinda surprised you would even suggest otherwise.

I never made fun of Silentkillers language. He speaks almost fine English. I joked, along with many others, about olala's language in a kind spirited way. And that in no way suggests or can be interpreted by any reasonable person that somebody hates a certain country.

The rules are supposed to be general enough to span every circumstance. If we missed something, say so in the staff room. I don't want our staff to be known as one that bans people for whatever they feel like. If the rules don't cover it, bring it up in the staff room.

I understand he's being needlessly defensive, but he's not the only one. Let the ban carry out, and everything needs to go back to normal. And, easy on the quoting. My post is right above yours.

I agree, good thing that's never happened on this forum. Fortunately here, one can assume that a reasonable disciplinary response will occur when a member continues to break rules, spread malicious lies about fellow members and staff members, calls the staff all liars, annoys/pesters members, trolls members, etc... so much so that multiple members were calling for his ban... in the past and currently in this thread. Everyone seemed to agree with that decision... well almost everyone.

His misbehavior can fall under Rule #7, "No harassing other members".
