Empty Familiar spot Castlevania Sypmhony of the Night

Question,there is one spot missing in the Familiars. I have the bat,ghost,demon,faerie and sword.Is there another?

There are actually 2 more (another fearie and demon) but they were removed from the game although you can use a GS code to have them show on the list.
The saturn version is the complete version of the game with the extra familiars and levels and characters. I have no idea why that version is never re-released.
