I downloaded some down loads from this site but it tells me I need to buy a WinRAR license. What do I do?

Download 7-zip instead, it's free & requires no license, get it here : http://www.7-zip.org/
it extracts all the most popular formats including rar.

WinRAR works regardless even after the free trial; however, after your 40 day trial expires, the developers expect you to be a good person and uninstall it yourself. So if you're a good person, uninstall it after 40 days or just download 7-zip, heh.

Good call I forgot to mention that, been a while since I used it, an older version of WinRAR made back sometime in 2011 would corrupt my archives on rare occasions, about 60% of files compress better with 7-zip with me than WinRAR.

Zip-7 gives me different options to download I have no idea which one.

If you're using 32-bit Windows, download the 32-bit version; if you're using 64-bit Windows, download the 64-bit version. If you really have no idea and don't feel like figuring it out, just download both and try each of them.
