Indeed. The cheat forum is on the same server as the main site so both sites are hacked.

Edit: There was a little incident on the cheat forum recently, but I hope that didn't lead to this...

UPDATE!

GBATemp website is now using new bulletin board system, XenForo to replace old IPB one. Still under construction right now. I hope GBATemp will return back to normal with new look soon!
