More precisely, we're using the default vB forum theme (or 'style', as they deem to call it). We'll implement a custom theme when we're done with the migration (or if someone on staff gets bored before then).

Yeah there are a few styles floating around on vb.org that simply swap around the colors (without adding a image package), like with what you see at my forum that you linked to.

The forum is open for new members/coders to join at any time, every now and then we get random contributions from people. If you're asking if we have ranks to keep track of people who submit codes for old or new games, then no we don't have such a rank..
