Action Replay code help

I recently found the codes posted here for Solatorobo, I entered the information along with the few codes I wanted to use. However when I press 'start' after selecting the codes the screen turns white and stays that way. I checked to see if any AR updates thinking that may be the problem but my AR is up to date. What can be causing this?

I noticed Elixirdream's post of the game id has a space instead of a slash. Is it supposed to be a space or is the slash the correct format? I got the game id directly from my action replay. Also sent a message as you suggested.
