Sony has officially confirmed the next game in the God of War series – God of War: Ascension.
The PS3 game is a prequel to the original trilogy, though little else is known about it at this stage. What we do know is that it is once again being developed by Sony Santa Monica.
“As most of you were recently made aware, God of War: Ascension will be coming exclusively to PlayStation 3,” the game’s director Todd Papy stated.
“For those of you who haven’t had a chance to check out what the team at Sony Santa Monica Studios has been working on, I’m excited to present you with our very first trailer.”
