I've saw/read a few times about certain types of music that has sound waves that can allegedly get a person high? Is this true?

I wouldn't know, but I remember something called "idose" or "i-dose" that was supposed to give you some effects if you were in a quiet enough place, wearing earphones, and not thinking much.
