While reading the X-Flash documentation, I noticed that it requires burning files to a CD, and booting that CD on the PlayStation.
Does my PlayStation have to me modified in order to boot this CD?
Also, since it was released in 2000, it mentions that:
I tried to use Easy-CD Pro 95 on my Windows XP PC, and it nearly crashed my computer. Can I use ImgBurn or Roxio Easy Media Creator instead?

No, you should only use Easy-CD Pro 95 to create the X-Flash CD image file (.ISO), the CD image created by Nero/Cdrwin is not compatible with the licensing tools (hitlice/gridfix)
