(SNES) Stunt Race FX change small screen into fullscreen?

Is there anyway to change the small screen gameplay of (SNES) Stunt Race FX into a larger or fullscreen gameplay? The gameplay screen is small. Meaning the gameplay screen doesn't take up the fullscreen unlike almost every other game. The small screen gameplay of (SNES) Stunt Race FX is smaller than the gameplay screen of (NES) Kirby's Adventure. Is there anyway to enlarge the gameplay screen to (SNES) Stunt Race FX?

The small screen gameplay of (SNES) Stunt Race FX reminds me of when you enable the artwork for an arcade game. In MAME, when you enable artwork for an arcade game, the gameplay screen shrinks since the artwork borders the screen.
