VBA-M is definitely the best Gameboy Advance emulator. VBA-M stands for "Visual Boy Advance-M". VBA-M (SVN1025) is the newest release. It has many features and lots of options. It can play any Gameboy Advance game ever made. It even has the HQX video filters! VBA-M also emulates the Original Gameboy and Gameboy Color. It emulates all three Gameboys... Gameboy Advance, Gameboy Color, and Gameboy.
It is without a doubt, 100% the best GBA emulator available. There is nobody that would ever disagree with that either. That is the one emulator that everyone agrees is the best for that particular gaming system.
Here is the official website where you can find VBA-M (SVN1025): http://vba-m.com/

VBA is a great emulator but I like the no$gba as well, especially the debugger version just because I can hack rom codes with it and compatibility is just amazing as well.
Yes "no$gba" is a good gba emulator too. But "zizo" asked "which is the extreme best." And in my opinion, the 'extreme best' would be "VBA" emulator. Would you agree or disagree with that?
