I'm using the Snes9X 1.51 ep10r2 emulator to play Sonic Blastman 2(J) and Battletoads and Double Dragon(U). Both games load up fine till it goes to the title screen. The title screen never shows up, it's just a black screen. Is there any way I can get these games to work with this emulator?

Try playing them on a different SNES emulator. Fusion is the best emulator for Genesis but some games don't work on "Fusion" but they work on "Gens". That may be the case for SNES as well. It can't hurt to have two emulators for the same game system incase a game doesn't work or run well on one emulator, you can play it on another emulator.
