Mezmorize is now the moderator of General Gaming & Emulation

Aside from being given Chronicler status, he's now also a mod. Always good to bring new staff into the fold

Mezmorize has been a great member of the community for some time now, and deserves his new titles and capabilities. Please be nice to him, and seriously, no hazing in the locker room this time...

I may be lazy, but I can...zzzZZZzzzZZZzzzZZZ...
