      Congratulations, Ugetab and Pugsy .
Don't do yourself down, you have proven yourself an excellent cheat finder.

      And Fantastic work Ugetab.

Just out of interest where did I lose the two points, I thought I'd have a clean abet slowish score after doing the rather long "Hak" cheat (pain in the bum that was).

        Thanks Pugsy .
That Hak code seemed very difficult.
It involved hacking a sprite, right?.
That was the reason I didn't do it.
And the Shoot game, I couldn't make the 999999 code, because the maximum score allowed is 65535....but that one its because I was lazy (lack of sleep), I had to hack some more codes to increase the score limit :P.
We can talk about the previous codes, right?. I mean, the competition has not ended, but these codes will not be implemented.

The Hak code was a lot of work for 2 pts, yes it needed tile (sprite'ish) editing - so needed a lot of codes...I actually PM'd LB prior to sending the full Hak codes to confirm that I couldn't just get away with 'sPt:;' rather than 'Hak' I knew that it would require Tile editing I was just trying to be Lazy

Wasn't honestly proud of any my cheats, all pretty much quick hacks which I should have cleaned/finished up a bit - that probably lost me the points?

Anyway I think Whipon deserves this far far more than me, and besides as Ace (big thanks mate) has already given me his loot from the gaming competion I'll be getting a t-shirt anyway so I'm happy as a sandboy.

It appears I've made a mistake. Out of many PMs I received in a short time, I managed to miss Pugsy's last PM to me, which contained the "Hak" code you two were just speaking of. In lieu of that, Pugsy has a perfect score of 30/30, and because of his submission time, he is second only to ugetab, who submitted on the first day.

Sincere apologies to Whipon; you are in fact the third place winner.

                  Great!

Well, I have to give my thanks to Pugsy and Ugetab once more.
You don't need to apologize, I considered me the third from the start . I really need much more experience to surpass them :P.
Congratulations for all the winners n____n.

I enjoyed the competition, myself. I expected it to be harder, so I got to it rather early. It's interesting to watch a competition evolve though. I think I'll take a hand in increasing the difficulty next year, with the degree of specific suggestions depending on whether I compete or not.
This reality is mine. Go hallucinate your own.

The competition was very enjoyable, would have liked it to be a bit/lot more difficult. The Walk thro Walls cheats were actually quite easy after finding the co-ord cheats...disappointingly so if I'm honest as it didn't slow ugetab down enough. Pleased to get my full marks, ... it's always about the glory, must be faster next year

Congrats again Whipon, you deserve it for the vast amount and quality of cheats you've produced.

                        =>

Thanks for your compliments, Pugsy .
I've allways had hard times finding walk through walls codes. Some of these where a bit difficult to me, but I managed to make them.
It was very enjoyable to me, because I never tried to hack SNES games...just read a 65816 doc at Enhacklopedia, and I found that the 65816 shared lot of opcodes with the 6502, so that helped me greatly!.
About the difficulty of the competition, it was moderate, and I think it was the right decision. You know, if the difficulty had been higher, only the most experienced hackers had been able to win. So it would be a competition between a more reduced group.
What reminds me I need to polish some more my skills for next year ^^.
