I need help with Paypal and a Powerpak

I want to buy a Powerpak at Retrozone
The only way to pay for them is through paypal.
However I'm getting this annoying error message "This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time" everytime I try to login to make the payment.
Searching for this issue in google it seems it has no solution. It only affects international buyers. Its a paypal bug.
I already contacted the paypal staff severall times. They say is for my security and doesn't give me any solution, except to use another funding source. The only way is to create a bank account with a bank in the USA and registering it in my paypal account. Obviously that solution its impossible to me, I live in Argentina.
So I was thinking in sending the required money (U$S 135 for the Powerpak and $ 12 for the shipment) to the paypal account of a any good member of this site living in the USA, so him can buy it for me.

I'd really appreciatte If somebody can lend me a hand with this. I've waited severall months to buy a Powerpak, because they are made in a limited amount. Maybe in a few weeks they'll become temporarily unavalaible again.

Anyone can lend me a hand with this, please?.

Paypall has a stricted politic of freezing accounts and so both sides lose their money. And most than that, they say it is a security problem and the fault is yours. There is a page about paypall terror histories where you can find lot of this stories and lot more were people is always losing.

But, if you're lucky and there is someone kind enough to do it and with an actual active account that is your best bet.

The problem with them is that they are not a bank and so these laws aren't apply to them, besides there is no organization to take care of this matters.

Paypal is quite nasty in their behavior and policies. They're quite well known for screwing people over, taking their money, and in some cases just flat out not letting some people make use of their service... All just because they wanted to screw people.

I had a local importer and they say that this guy at Retrozone isn't a reliable seller. Is this true?. He suggest that I look the product on another place, but it seems the only one who sells Powerpaks is at retrousb.com only T_T.
I wanted one so badly, and now that its avalaible, I can't get one u___u.

Probably cuz they use paypal. If I was an importer I will for sure not work with poeple related in some way to paypal, as LMZ said, they will just keep your money freezing your acount and then you will not be able to do anything. Probably just for that.

I had paid several items by paypal and never had any problem.
This is the first issue I have with them. Its stupid, they don't let me pay the order thanks to his stupid security rules or something like that.
Any charitable soul that can buy one for me?.

Yeah, but the problem is that it's not always the first time of a user that they do that. There is people that worked like a year with paypal and one they they freeze the account. That makes them not reliable.

I don't know if there is someone here that will do that for an unknown. By any chance don't you have a familiar in usa or another country where paypal is currently active? Or a close friend?

I'm taking all the risk. The person buying it for me has nothing to loose, because I'm sending the money to his account before he buys the item.
I contacted a person who has sended me an item from usa in the past.
Maybe she can help me this time too.

Damn paypal, damn bitch, and damn Paypal support service.
In less than 2 days the Powerpak become unavalaible again.
These paypal guys have a very good luck they don't have any office at Argentina. If not I surelly will go to his offices and defecate in all the desks of the building.
I'm very pissed. Maybe in two or three years I'll manage to buy one.

Take it easy, at least you don't lose your money, think that right now they're freezing 20 accounts with more than 1000 dollars. As I see it, it could be worse if they take your pay and then keep the money, as we have this conversion of 3.15 to 1, you could be lost 3.15 times the value in dollars. You see, not all is that bad.

I have the money and want to spend it. Bought a lot if things through them and there's no risk. Its just an stupid security issue in their system. I don't have any problem with the 3.15 to 1, I wanted one Powerpak, because I waited for one almost 6 months. Who knows when they'll become avalaible again.
BTW, I'll defecate in their desks anytime if I have the oportunity, =D.

Of course. He says "As stated in the faq all orders must be placed through the website. You'll need to find someone who can make the order for you".
Actually its pointless, because the item became temporarily unavalaible again. So I'll have to wait until they produce some more. I hope the wait will not be so long than this last one u_u.
