Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land (Gameboy) question

This isn't a cheat code question. I was wondering, is there a treasure chest in every level? Is there a special pattern to the levels they're in or are they just scattered throughout the game? And what happens when you get all 15 treasures?

I haven't played that game in so long that I can't remember how you know if they're hidden in a level. Getting all of them gets you the best possible ending scene.

I believe that after you beat the game, uncollected treasures are revealed on the map.

What happens when you get all the treasure is that they convert into coins when you beat the game. i got all the treasure and using the debug code i maxed out my gold coins. you just get a better castle in the end.

Ah I see. So its like the Chaos Emeralds in Sonic 1. They don't actually do anything, they just give you a different ending to the game?

You win the MOON >:-D. I call that a spectacular ending. there are somthing like 6 endings or so when you trade coins with the freed genie.

The game has *six* possible endings? Wow. Do they depend on how many (or few) treasures you collect?
