Action Replay Traners Saves now Uploadable

When you go and save the work you have been doing on your Action Replay Trainer you save it as a *.trn on your storage device.

I am proud to announce that you can upload a AR trainer save as long as it is less than 4 MB.

Hopefully this allows us to come together as a community and create spectacular codes for the DS.

Just so everybody knows, there are some reports of attaching files not working. I've been looking into this, and it's not affecting everybody.

If you try to upload something and it fails, post here about it.
