  • Judge sides with parents and rules their 30 year old son must move out

A 30 year old man didn't get the message that it was time to move out of his parents home, even after they left him five notices and an offer of cash to help find new digs.

The New York family drama eventually rolled into the court system, where a judge on Tuesday ruled in the parents favor and ordered Michael Rotondo to leave after having a room for eight years.

He's in New York? I guess I really wouldn't know a thing about job hunting there, but I've been around 2 different people from New York City who say unless you look like the best human being on Earth and act like Donald Trump there, enjoy dying under a cardboard box. I was stuck on a farm out in the middle of nowhere with nothing for jobs for miles and no idea of how to function in life until I moved out at age 21. No vehicle, no money, no social skills, nothing. People told me do good in school and obey, and you will make it in life. The fools teach you the exact opposite of how to be functional and survive in life, it's like they are psychologically crippling and murdering you. They spend their whole time bitching at you to sit down, shut up, and get good grades. Talking to people and having social skills are THE most important skills in life, and you won't have them if you listen to dumb fucking teachers. Your grades don't do a damn thing for you in life without social skills. Mr A++++ with no social skills will easily lose to Mr 0% grade kicked out of school and spent half his childhood in jail if he has any social skills. I am proof of that from humanity discarding me like garbage when a big mouthed liar with a heroine needle sticking out of his arm comes along and always outshines me with 0 effort. We live in Idiocracy,

The guy sounds like a putz.
"I just wanted a reasonable amount of time to vacate, with consideration to the fact that I was not really prepared to support myself at the time of the notices,"
He claimed that for the past eight years he "has never been expected to contribute to household expenses, or assisted with chores and the maintenance of the premises, and claims that this is simply a component of his living agreement," according to filings obtained by CNN affiliate WSTM.

I just read everything and he sounds like a worthless putz. He has a ton of worthless junk he can sell that he doesn't need that he probably never should have had in the 1st place, makes no attempt to job hunt, does not help anybody with chores or anything, and his parents are willing to help him pay for a different place to live. He's whining they didn't give him good enough notice. Sounds like an overgrown 5 year old. I'm having the image of the obese dude from the Deadbeat series episode who does nothing more than Yelp reviews. And nobody cares about some tiny pointless label about being a Millennial or not, they care that you make no attempt to live on your own rather than leech off of your family with zero contribution and complain it's not good enough. Google shows this for info about Camilus, NY:

Camillus is a town in Onondaga County, New York, United States. The population was 24,167 at the 2010 census.

With a population like that 8 years ago, I'm assuming there's a lot of potential jobs. All we had is 1 nursing home with a very tiny chunk of the building for doctors, 1 gas station auto repair shop, 1 bowling alley somehow, 1 grocery store that kept getting shut down because it could never make enough money to keep staying open, 1 credit union, 1 school, 1 bakery, and I can't remember anything else. Everything was already taken.

I had nothing on a swampy farm out in the middle of nowhere, nothing for jobs for miles with the nearest somewhat big town being 60 miles away because my tiny small town had less than 400 people and you could drive an entire circle around it in less than 10 minutes, no vehicle to get there or anywhere, no knowledge of how to function in life, and just generally tried helping anybody around me with whatever I could, and nothing but worsening guilt over the situation until I was about to kill myself if I couldn't get the hell out of there. That dude doesn't sound like he has any guilt or willingness to support himself or find a job or anything. When I had my previous better paying but terrible job, I used to make almost $2,000 a month. The very rare times I went back home, I gave my parents somewhere between $2,000-$3,000 even though entire years go by before I ever get a chance to go home.

The mother of failure to launch millennial Michael Rotondo's 8 year old son fears the 30 year old's mental health will deteriorate if he has to live on his own

The woman, who works in the beauty business, agreed to speak on condition of anonymity because no one knows Rotondo is the father of her son

Rotondo, who has the right to supervised visits but hasn't seen his son in months, admitted that he has had mental health problems in the past

He claimed that those problems have been dragged up now as a way to prevent him from seeing his son, claiming that he is being victimized

The mother of his son said she had pleaded with police to take his rifle from him, but they have told her there is no cause

Rotondo's parents took him to court this week to have him evicted from their four-bedroom house in Camillus, New York, a suburb of Syracuse

Rotondo said his problems with his parents really began when he lost contact with his son in September of last year

Mother of evicted millennial's 8 year old son breaks her silence saying she's scared for her own safety and reveals Michael Rotondo owns a RIFLE she pleaded with police to remove from his possession

The saddest part is the very fact that there was a magistrate involved at all.

I was raised in a society where a matter like this is settled civilly, and if no resolution can come to place, it is settled with a duel.

Of course, the duel can be just about anything, as long as a decisive victor can arise.

Usually something like a basketball game or arm wrestling. Gone are the days where gunfights were used for duels. We all know how the one featuring Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr went down.
                Tempus fugit, ergo, carpe diem.

Time flies, therefore, seize the day.

Before gunfights, there were swordfights. I liked those better.

Such a weird world, and I have no idea why Alex Jones is connected to this. Why did Alex Jones even have him on his show? I don't even know why I ask because I'm not sure I'm capable of caring, there's no good reason to be on Alex Jones's show since that guy is loony to the point where he shouldn't be allowed to have a public show or anything that reaches many people.

Michael Rotundo, aka "The Deadbeat Son," made national news after a New York judge ordered him to move out of his parents house. Now the unemployed 30 year old is building fences and doing yard work in exchange for a free Airbnb.

Here's how he spends his days while he awaits his big paycheck from a lawsuit against former employer Best Buy.
