Game Genie bought out?

Right so I was looking at a new tablet today & out of nowhere, I see this. Copyright infringement? Did game genie of yesteryear sell out??

I searched for an active trademark on "Game Genie". Apparently, a company called TotalConsole Inc. has owned it since 2010.

That's kinda strange, because I thought there was a Game Genie type device for the PS3, owned by Hyperkin.

The one I saw for Hyperkin was abandoned/dead. I'm no expert on this stuff, though. :P
