I don't get how nice cars get flooded, I do understand how that makes the scumbags of the world salivate though. Water dries up and after a quick fix or two and a detail, there is a good chance someone is ready to lie and try and pass off a potential problem car onto you. I give some advice on how to try and cover your ass.
