Game file patched with save files?

it is impossible for games patched with saves? like if it's Super NES-

Chrono Trigger.sfc + Chrono Trigger.srm

so i can play games with saves on my PS2's emulators like PicoDrive, SNES Station, etc

I don't think you can permanently patch a game with its save files, but I'm pretty sure those PS2 emulators use save files of some sort, so you could probably convert your save files to their format somehow...
