Tattoos

I just got my first one a few months ago. It's very cool, I must say. I plan on turning it into a half sleeve.



It's AFI related, as some of you may know they have been my favorite band for YEARS. Sorry the pic is so shiny, I took this 3 days after getting it done.

Anyone else got any that they want to share?

I don't currently have any, and I actually only plan on getting one. But it's going to be a major piece of work.

First, I want to get a tattoo of a trellised fence around my upper arm. Then I want a second, similar design, across my collar, as close to my neck as they can get. They I'm going to get scarrification and branding done, in the pattern of roses and vines (scars for the roses, branding for the vine.) Finally, if prices are reasonable, I'll have the scars and burns 'shadowed' by glow-in-the-dark tatts.
Overall, it'll cover my upper shoulder, some of the front and back, and the upper part of my arm. Not sure how far off it is for me to get it though, what with my current financial setbacks. But eventually.

My honest opinion is don't look for tattoos that are already drawn up. You will eventually find something original in a magazine or a book that can be altered or drawn into a tattoo

I personally would resent getting a tattoo on myself ever, but I like when people view it as a form of art, and I think that this looks pretty good. It's not too extravagant and doesn't particularly try anything complex. At first, the band name in green threw me off, but it actually blends well with the pumpkin.
