Heh, more GSC forum hacking?

Unfortunately, it appears that our forums were hacked twice last night, by a three-way coalition, consisting of GameFAQs, Nsider, and GSHI. While this has done nothing the quell my resolve, it will take at least a month for us to obtain another forum.

In other news, Rob has just been diagnosed with cancer. While I am not going to let him use this as an excuse to quit working on the site, I regret to say I must push the site's opening back to next fall.

Without an SSH tunnel, I can't check from behind this proxy (at work), but I'm assuming GSC was hacked again, heh. Let me also say, in case anyone can't infer the obvious, that GSHI wasn't behind this, unless a few members did it clandestinely.

Well, they no longer have a board up... The directory it was in gives a 403 error, and all the likely pieces seem to be missing.

You know what I think? I think rune hacked his own forums for a excuse to say he couldn't get the DB up the 19th(because he's been focusing on getting the forums back up)

It's possible. It doesn't make much of a difference; out of fifteen iterations of excuses and launch delays, three or four forum attacks are relatively unexceptional.

I think that it was Parasyte that hacked GSC's boards, even though everybody from KW denies it. And I don't happen to back either one anymore. dlong had talked to me on AOL Instant Messenger 2 nights ago like he was a mentally challenged homosexual and Rune never gave me my mod status back at GSC.
