First of all, it's 'dad' not 'dads'. Just thought I'd help you correct your typing. It's an easy error, S being right next to D (at least in a normal QWERTY layout, which I'm assuming you're using because it takes some brains to use something else) and all.

Second, yes, everyone with an IQ over 15 can get a real high school diploma. However, it takes some brains to pass the tests given for an HSED, so in reality an HSED is one step above a normal diploma. Just thought you should know.

If knowledge is power you wouldn't be able to flip a segment on an LCD display.
