A driver lost control of his new $261,238 Ferrari and careened off a motorway before it burst into flames - after owning it for just an hour.

It doesn't really tell me too much details. I don't even know if he was reckless and committed a crime. It's just "Got it an hour ago, was driving and it somehow careened off the road into a field and burst into flames." which is weird to me. Was he driving over the limit? Were the road conditions just terrible like a lot of rain and heavy wind blowing him off of the road? I guess the police mention "wet conditions" but I'm not sure he did anything dumb, but he probably drove a bit fast in a light car on a wet road and might have did a little turn or jerk of the wheel. Who knows. $261,238 is a lot to see burst into flames in an hour, I'd lose it.
