Bose headphones spying on what you listen to

I didn't really expect they'd have an app to spy on the music, podcasts, radio stations, and whatever else you listen to and then sell that info to 3rd parties to better advertise to you. Somebody's suing them for it.

Dang, I skipped right past it and didn't even notice the word Bose anywhere. Sorry about that. I'm using a messed up TV these days that autoscales the screen weirdly so Bose kind of looks like 805e and I can't read easily with it. It's doing that to me with everything along with randomly freezing the visuals and suddenly shifting the screen slightly to the left or right and shrinking it.
