swf files? (Questions, yes again, about them)

umm well, heh well #1 how do you 'make' them with photoshop? or otherwise, convert other image files to swf files. err by the way...is it hard to learn how to create those all little 'dress up' games/thingies? You know like you see ever so often on the net with anime/game/cartoony characters and ehck real people alot of times too, is that hard to make really?

Also umm #2... about these type of messgae boards and such, can and will swf files (and other type of 'moving' neat files show up here in sigs and such?

ummm not trying to kill everyone's memory really, as heck, I just restored myown PC (stupid blow ups getting everything back again) and even now, I run out of memory way too fast already, but well... heck, I am rather bored heh and rather wish things to become 'alive' here, so otherwise then making alot of posts (which I guess maybe I should do, just to get stuff moving) I'd also like to well, try something rather artistic within the PC, like gif files and swf files, all that moving stuff. (Blahhh I know and do alot of art otherwise, but online, other then scanning, I am abit still new, but anyways, things moving sounds nice, err...well at leats it looks nice, I think and can picture us all being like a little deer cault in the headlights of art moving all around going 'wow' and then getting splattered by that big truck. ummm heh well...maybe not that much...poor deers....

swf files? (Questions, yes again, about them)

I'm not sure if it's possible to make flash movies with photoshop. But, it's been awhile since I've used it, so it might be. I doubt any version older than 7 could, if any.

The usual way people make flash, is well, with flash... Macromedia makes/sells it, for probably about $400-500 or so. There's a free trial on their website somewhere, and I think it's about 50 MB. The cool thing about the trial, is that it can be registered into a full version... I believe the current version is 'Flash MX 2004', which is just a stupid way of calling it flash 7.

I have no idea how hard it'd be to make a dressup game... Or even much of any idea how it'd be done...

As far as #2... I doubt most people's phpbb(s) would let anybody post any swf files. Even though it's harmless, and really easy to enable. Gif files would usually work anywhere that images are enabled. But, this being here, and not somewhere else, as soon as somebody gets around to doing something about it, there should be no problem posting just about anything.
