  • Mad Catz files for bankruptcy

    http://shoryuken.com/2017/03/31/mad-...or-bankruptcy/

I've had a mix of results with them. Some peripherals and devices were good, a few were crap and fell apart in stupid ways and were irreparable. One of my gamecube controllers was interesting and had turbo and macro recording options for it, and then the left stick kind of just got a spring loose and it no longer reset its position. I opened that controller up and it looked like a sloppy mess of crap with a lot of glue all over the place on the inside, and there was no way of putting that controller back together.

They have been dying ever since they stopped selling GameSharks.

As far as I'm concerned, they died around the same time the PS2 did. They had just been on life support. Now, they've gone the way of the Pelican. (I hope you get the reference. )
