is there ps1 cheating device elf for PS2?

i wonder if there is one because i now have ps1 retail disc games yeah i get them yesterday. i order those from Amazon.. eBay won't let me register there anyways, when i installed ps2epsxe and use Codebreaker v3 PS1 and it give me a problem, it look like if codebreaker disc is still in the drive but, i don't have real one

i know i have Popstarter but some games don't work on there like Mortal Kombat 3
