Is Windows 10 still pestering people?

I just noticed for the first time in eternity that my windows update was going, I can't remember the last time I saw an update after the nonstop windows 10 crap. I checked it, and what it tried doing is getting and installing Windows 10 again and it fortunately failed. Is Microsoft still pulling stunts with pushing Windows 10 on people or something that anybody's aware of?

I wouldn't doubt it. It pisses me off that Windows 10 automatically downloads updates without permission. It just does it. And there is no way that you can turn that shit off.
