Yes, the Red Skull is a particularly-evil Marvel Comix char. (I believe his real name is Johann Schmidt-correct me if I'm wrong.) Only a neo-nazi would wanna be ugly as him!
Then there's "Mr. Green" of LA, a Caucasian who had his entire body tattooed bright green in emulation of the DC comix char "J'onn J'onzz, Manhunter From Mars".
