A fart during an operation sparks a fire

A patient's fart during a surgical procedure allegedly sparked a fire which caused her to be seriously burnt, the Tokyo Medical University Hospital in Shinjuku Ward said.

Just saw that floating around reddit too. She was having surgery, then I think she farted and the radiation from the laser ignited the fart and then there were a lot of flames. I think I've only read about this thing happening 1 other time before, unless I'm thinking of it maybe happening in an episode of House but I doubt it.
