Sounds like a ripoff to me. Someone selling four tires for 1800 dollars (and claiming it's just a "perfect-camo paint job")? Problem is...even with a perfect-camo paint job, you'd still see some telltale sheen from the surface of the truck's body. Oh, and the fact that two of the tires wouldn't be visible.

And...who on Earth paints hubcaps? And what about the windshield, etc.?

Definite (and VERY poorly thought-out) scam.
