Make sure Bios option is BIOS101.bin for stable use
Make sure CD-ROM option is [ISO-File Virtual Drive] for loading ISO files
Make sure Enable Frame Skip/Limiter option is check-marked for stable use

Make sure Video Core option is [Software Video Interface] when your GPU doesn't support OpenGL v3.3
Make sure Video Format option is [NTSC] for 60fps

Make sure Sound Core option is [DirectX Sound Interface] for good audio

Make sure Cartridge option is [32 Mbits Dram] for 4MB RAM cart

Make sure Region option is [Auto-detect] for easy boot
Make sure SH2 interpreter option is [SH2 interpreter] for stable use
