I just noticed today that the Super Mario Bros. X forums are "down", as in I keep getting a "general error 2002" message. This is an SQL error, which indicates something is either majorly wrong with the forums, or...they were HACKED (as in, everything either "locked" behind a fake error message, or everything was actually erased).
Is there any way to forcibly bypass such an SQL error (that is, if it is fake)? If not, this could finally spell the end of a really good homebrew PC game.
Edit: Supermariobrosx.org may be no more--I just get a 404 error when I try to go onto the site itself. It seems to have struck VERY recently (as in, within the last HOUR). Not sure what's going on here, but it could be that the original website has finally bitten the dust.
However, there is another website with a decent amount of content regarding SMBX--the aptly named New Super Mario Bros. X forums.
