can Rayman 3 PAL ve playable on my US Soft-modded PS2?

because i just bought more PS2 today but Rayman 3 is a PAL! yeah a European game in my USA

you guys already know that my PS2 is soft-modded but not sure if it let me play PAL games like this on there

I was able to play PAL games on my NTSC PS2, but the game had to have the ability to switch the video mode from PAL to NTSC or my TV wouldn't work correctly. If it didn't have the option, you were either stuck with modifying the game or buying a PAL to NTSC video converter for your TV.

PS2 disc drive is region lock.

Then it would be the perfect time to convert you game disk to ISO format and run that. I've played PAL games before, just ran them off of the official PS2 hard drive with HDLoader or whatever it was called.
