Porting from Gane Genie codes from to PS2 Codebreaker?

it is impossible to do that? because 47iscool ported one code for Sonic & Knuckles to PS2's Sonic Mega Collection Plus

can't porting any GG codes to Sega Genesis Collection? like Walk Through Walls codes from Phantasy Star II and IV. you can't use 00 formats. only FF formats (PAR)
