      I rather talk to real person, if its that important to me. But I get frustrated when a computer talks and wasting my time or when they say customer representative is all busy Please continue to hold your call is important to us. what ! a crock heehee If our calls were important they would answer their damn phones. LOL
      Or when you want to call somewhere and you know their suppose to be there, like most office I know, they arent available.
