Try Assembler's Forum in the Marketplace. They have made the USB Gecko open source and all the files are there to make your own, I might even consider doing a few but not sure what the chips cost and exactly how to program them.

Who developed the USB Gecko again?
Maybe it's possible to contact him/her to get more information about the etching sheet for the circuit board.

this could also be interesting: https://gbatemp.net/threads/usb-gecko.344092/

Here is some information about the chips I could find:
        FT245R(L): http://www.ftdichip.com/Support/Docu.../DS_FT245R.pdf
        39VF040: http://www.alldatasheet.com/datashee...T/39VF040.html
        epm570t100c5n: http://www.datasheets360.com/part/de...Gp_hoCvyvw_wcB

What value the resistors and capacitors have could be measured with a good multimeter.

there was some topic on the net of a guy his name something like this ** Year ** the make some topics with RAW dumps of Wii games the loaded first in HxD than they used Gecko.net he makes ASM codes to but he say's that out of date hmmmm

this is the guy to made this without an USB gecko but al so you can see is this out of dated grrrrrr

The caps and resistors are right on the schematic except for the ceramic caps but looking at the datasheets we can figure it out. The new schematic has the flash memory gone and uses a different FPGA which costs around $13-$20 each and I can output the files so anyone can buy the bare boards without components but the thing that bothers me is there is no info on how to program the FPGA. If this info can be found then it's not too hard to have these re-made (except for the plastic enclosure).

Here is the link if you want to buy atleast 3 of these blank boards USBGecko SE:

Clearly there is no way to create a virtual dolphin com5 listening on port 55020 gecko must be somewhere a way to create a kind of virtual com port that you can use with wiird gui ???

I don't know about that but why bother with something that no one is sure about and get one of these Gecko's I provided all the data needed to build. We just need to figure out how to program it and I'm sure we can do it through USB because of the FTDI chip but not sure how.

Seems the Original non SE version is alot simpler to build if you have the skills and tools, it has less components but does have the flash memory and a different FPGA (not sure the cost).

Yes, but then the question best man is necessarily the version compatible with wiird Gui ...
it will be about the same work but what is the difference between ordinary USB Gecko and the SE version that's his little brother and software of the ships are they the same?

I'm not sure the big difference except less components and different FPGA which likely has different code. I was able to obtain both schematics so the new one i posted above and the older non SE which I haven't bothered with.

No idea on the plastic case but I can get youa price for components plus the board but you need to assemble it and program it.

I will likely ask around Assemblers Forum, I know a few Electrical Engineers on there that could help me out.
