This sounds as borderline weird as a certain X-Files episode with a creepy devil guy paying women to wash them in his bath tub and kill them or something.

"Borderline?" This guy is looking to season about 100 servings of ramen with the combination of things that slip off of or out of a woman when she sits in a tub of warm water. Dead skin, sweat, hair, and urine for a start. It would actually be less creepy to me if he just wanted to leave a camera running and intended to dispose of the noodles when he returned.
