Tax Refund = Video Game Windfall! w00t!

Since my tax refund arrived today (FINALLY!), I found two really good deals on a PSP 1000 (50 bucks) and a DSi XL (60 bucks). The XL has really old firmware, and since Nintendo's not pushing anybody to update their DSi or DSi XL (it's all about the 3DS and 2DS), my flashcart can play DS games unabated.

Although my PSP Go still works, I still lack a charge cord for it (the data-cable part), but I'm not about to shell out even more money to make that broken piece of electronic junk limp along, when it would just be "beating a dead horse" anyway.

I still have the SvR 11 iso (with the customizations I myself made to it...heh heh). and the updated-roster game save (as of January 2014--still pretty up-to-date, IMO).

I can now completely crush Gauntlet DS (the way I have always wanted to).

Let me close this post with a trip to the land of the bizarre: I seem to remember playing a game VERY similar to LEGO Marvel Superheroes, and it was in German...but this was about a year (or more) ago. As for Gauntlet DS, the same sense of deja vu happened. I have this deja vu thing happen to me...A LOT. It happens most frequently with movies I've just seen for the first time, but I seem to somehow remember having seen them up to three years ago or more.

Actually, to possess an IQ above 190 places you in the top .0001 percent of the global population. That means there are only about 7,000 or so people with an IQ equal to or greater than mine. I know of two such "super-geniuses"--Marilyn von Jarvik, also known as Marilyn vos Savant, who has an IQ of 228. The highest IQ recorded among people who are still alive belongs to Kim Ung-Yong of South Korea, who has a an IQ of 239. The highest IQ ever recorded (well, an estimate thereof) was for the late William James Sidis, who had an estimated IQ of 325, and his scope of knowledge was unequaled in his day; if you were to ask him about practically anything, he'd very likely know the answer to it, or at least some helpful information.
