Otherwise, this is just odd and strange, I mean if anyone of us ever went to the clone site and posted well anything, anything at all, not even having to do with the code stealing going on by rune, we would all get banned fast just because we come from here, GSHI. (Heck they did that already to a few here.)

I may have missed something here, but personally, I think Modman was trying to be congenial, and was promptly blasted down for his trouble. In any case, there's no need to edit anyone's posts, unless they're saying something vulgar in the wrong forum. Let me extend an apology to you, Modman. This isn't how we usually do things at the GSHI, and if you'd like to say something, even if it goes against the grain, feel free.

That's one of the chief tenets of this place. We're the theoretical America of the hacking world. Let's keep it that way.

Rune was stealing codes, or at the very least, posting them without permission (and in fact against request not to post them). Also, if Viper didn't want his codes at GSC, he should have had that right. There's no excuse for posting codes with no credit when the author is known. It's ridiculous that anyone would even try to justify that.

If this results in me being rebanned, I understand LoL. I'm actually getting to like this forum. I'd just like to say that I think I understand why I was banned in the first place: Amy is just jealous of my obviously larger E-penis. Haha, whatever the case, my abilities as a wordsmith are highly developed, and if you're going to attack me justly or unjustly, you'd best be prepared for the heat. I respect anyone that respects me, as ugetab has found out. (We talked for quite a while over MSN.) I'm not a bad guy, and I tend to bring life to wherever I go. If you let me, I might stick around. I'm really not such a bad guy once you get to know me.

Edit: Lazy Bastard, are you currently, or have you ever been an active member of the Gameshark.com forums? I saw your name and I couldn't help but feel some sort of deja vu. There is a possibility that it was Crazy Bastard, but I can't remember. That was about 2 years ago.

Heh, that question started out like a Cold War era communism accusation...I've been around the scene since sometime in 1998, and was once an active member at Gameshark.com, as well as just about every other VG hacking spot in town. Later on I plan to go back at all compare the code lists. GSHI vets have hacked all codes credited to them but I will add people who have also hacked those codes elsewhere credit. I have a project or two the get out of the way first but it will be done.
