Monumental menu mod for Grand Theft Auto IV

Resident Psx-scene developer EvilB has released a monumental menu mod for Grand Theft Auto IV. This menu carries the weight of a staggering 126 vehicles and 7 neons.

If you spawn too many vehicles there's a bug where the car wont be drivable. To fix this, disable and re-enable the menu.
Open Menu = R1 + D PAD LEFT
